Sunnie J. Groeneveld is a Managing Partner of Inspire 925. Her recent work at the firm has been focused on the mandate of DigitalZurich2025, where she built up the cross-industry association and delivered its five main initiatives for the year 2015/16. She has been selected by Women in Business for their Top 40 under 40 list and recognized by Handelszeitung in their “Top 50 Who is Who in Digital Switzerland.” Sunnie is a member of the Future Work Forum and the Global Shapers Community established by the World Economic Forum (WEF), wrote the book “Inspired at Work” (October 2014, Versus) and holds an Economics degree from Yale University.Sunnie is a frequent speaker and moderator, and has presented at TEDx, Campaigning Summit, Ignite, Zurich Film Festival, the Investor Summit and many more.
Lyle is a Managing Partner of Inspire 925. His recent work at the firm has been focused on the mandate “Erlenmatt West by Losinger-Marazzi” as well as developing our web application LunchLottery.com. He is a recipient of the “Imp!act Award” as well as the “Future Leaders Project Award” by the Institute for Value-based Entrepreneurship. Lyle is also a licensed fitness instructor and rhetoric coach and has studied psychology at the University of Zurich.Lyle speaks about topics related to Generation Y and what it takes to engage the millennial generation, most recently at the Lorange Institute of Business Zurich.

Carsten Sudhoff, Global Council Agenda Lead, World Economic Forum
Carsten Sudhoff currently serves as the World Economic Forum Lead of the Global Agenda Council on “New Models of Leadership.” He is also chairman of the International HR Community of Switzerland and the former Chief Human Resources Officer at WEF. Prior to the World Economic Forum he worked for over a decade in the private sector (Automotive, Financial Services and Non-For-Profit).

Maria Ploumaki is an expert in Strategy and Negotiations in Global Business. A Global Commodity Manager at Fortune 500 AGCO, she has previously worked as Senior Buyer Submarines at ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems. She writes for The Huffington Post and currently serves as the President of Oxford Business Alumni in Switzerland and an Ambassador of One Young World.
Mike Fuhrmann, Brand Consultant, Filmmaker
Mike Fuhrmann has a strong background in customer engagement, having worked in creative agencies and marketing departments of global corporations for over a decade. He has led several award-winning brand campaigns and recently co-founded the US-based company ‚Make Art Make A Difference.’ He is currently the executive producer of a social film project that raises awareness for the diminishing middle class.
Esther-Mirjam de Boer, Management Consulting
Esther-Mirjam de Boer founded UR Management GmbH in 2002 and has since worked for Migros, Nespresso and UBS. She currently serves as the President of Verband Frauenunternehmen, is involved in the fashion business Ida Gut AG and sits on the board of directors of the Merz Group. She also frequently lectures at Swiss educational institutions and coaches aspiring entrepreneurs.
Christoph Küffer, HR Consulting
Christoph Küffer is the founder of peopleWORKS, an HR consultancy firm specialized in the build-up and further enhancement of the HR function. He has worked for almost 20 years in the HR sector in various positions, organizations and different international locations. With his broad experience, he is supporting management teams in fast growing or changing organizations. In 2012 he initiated the BetterBoss book series: a collection of recipes for more appreciation and enjoyment at work. Prof. Willibald Ruch, Faculty of Psychology, University of Zurich
Professor Willibald Ruch chairs the subject area of personality and assessment at the University of Zürich, Switzerland. He has authored over 200 journal articles and book chapters, co-edited, and co-written five books and taught courses on personality, assessment, positive psychology etc. at different universities. Currently he is working on the assessment of positive psychology traits (e.g., character strengths and virtues; orientations to happiness, cheerfulness, humor) in adults and children/adolescents and how these support the good life. In 2014 he founded the Swiss Positive Psychology Association (SWIPPA).
